Position: Resource Intern (Remote)
Internship Overview:
During your internship with us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of hiring and training professionals. You will gain exposure to various facets of our business, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding, as well as training program development and implementation. This hands-on experience will not only enhance your knowledge of the industry but also equip you with valuable skills that will set you apart in your future career.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in candidate sourcing and pre-screening processes
Collaborate on the development of training programs and materials
Support the team in organizing and conducting training content
Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices
Assist with administrative tasks related to hiring and training activities
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
Qualification:
Recently graduated from a relevant degree program (HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
A passion for learning and a desire to excel in the hiring and training industry
Duration: 6 months
